Ground floor slab casting at Zenith Residences is now complete, marking a key milestone as the project progresses steadily into vertical construction.
Core wall casting is now underway, marking the vertical progression of the structure as the building begins to rise. In parallel, tower crane installation has been successfully completed, enabling efficient execution of upcoming structural works and accelerating overall site productivity. With critical infrastructure now in place, construction continues to advance on schedule, with further progress updates to follow.
All structural and pre-raft inspections have been successfully completed and formally approved. With reinforcement, formwork, and waterproofing inspections cleared, the project is fully prepared for raft casting. Raft casting has since commenced as of February 20 — a dedicated video update on that milestone will follow.
