Core Wall Casting & Tower Crane Installation
Core wall casting and tower crane installation for ZENITH have been successfully initiated and completed in accordance with project specifications.
This milestone marks the transition from substructure works into vertical structural development. Core wall casting is now underway, forming the central structural spine of the building, while the tower crane installation has been finalized to support material handling, lifting operations, and efficient site execution at scale.
The core walls are being cast with strict adherence to engineering drawings, alignment tolerances, and quality control procedures, ensuring structural integrity and long-term performance. In parallel, the tower crane has been commissioned following comprehensive installation checks, safety verifications, and load testing protocols.
With these critical systems now in place, the project has officially advanced into the superstructure phase. The site is fully equipped to support accelerated vertical construction, maintaining alignment with planned timelines and execution standards.
As of March 07, vertical structural works are actively progressing. A dedicated update showcasing core wall casting progress and crane operations will follow.
ZENITH continues to advance in line with key milestones, reflecting disciplined execution, engineering precision, and a commitment to delivering quality at every stage.
